My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, close to the sea and Nessebar, with a bus station nearby, but I had some issues with the service and dining experience. However, the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable overall.
The hotel rooms, though initially dated and needing a refresh, were ultimately clean and had good lighting. The staff were helpful and kind, offering a welcoming service despite a mishap in the kitchen. The location was convenient for accessing both the sunny beach and the old town, with easy transportation options. The dining experience had its issues with quality and variety, while the facilities overall were satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy to access both the main sunny beach and the charming old town Nesebar. While the rooms were spacious, they could use some brightening up and additional amenities like plug sockets by the bed. The cleanliness issues upon arrival, including dirty bed sheets and cigarette smoke smell, were disappointing.
The hotel overlooks a main road but meets Thomas Cook standards. The spotless staff was eventually changed after complaints, and the room service, laundry, and airport shuttle are exceptional. The location is fantastic for reaching the main beach and the old town Nesebar. The dining experience should be improved, but the facilities offer a pool table, table football, and table tennis.
This hotel turned out to be a hidden gem, giving me a fulfilling holiday away from the crowds of Sunny Beach Centre. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, though a shower cubicle would have been a nice addition. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to make our stay excellent. The location was perfect, offering easy access to both the vibrant Sunny Beach and the charming old town of Nesebar. The dining options were delicious and varied, although the lack of a shower cubicle in the room was a minor inconvenience.
